Refund policy
There is a lot of hard work and love that goes behind each piece that goes out of our studio. We make sure that each piece is well made, is inspected for any defect and packaged before sending it to our customer. However sometimes things don't work out, and in such cases we are happy to help you get that perfect outfit for you.
- Return and exchanges are accepted in KUWAIT within 3 days after delivery .
- Unfortunately international orders(outside Kuwait) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Kindly ensure that the product you return is unused and unworn with the original tags intact. Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your exchange. incase of exchange or return 3kd pickup charges will be paid by the client.
- Exchanges or returns will only be processed after discussion with the client.
- Please note that products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange or return.
- Products purchased on Sale will not be eligible for exchanges and are considered final sale.
- Customized products will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.
- All exchange/return requests must be communicated via WHATSAPP or Email
